Installation

The SaunaPlunge™ Dales Glow 4-Person Indoor Infrared Sauna is supplied as a modular kit with detailed assembly instructions for straightforward installation.

A flat, solid indoor surface is required, along with access to a standard 13A household electrical socket. Most installations can be completed by two people, although professional installation is recommended if you would prefer expert assembly.

Delivery

Your sauna is typically delivered within 4–6 weeks, depending on stock availability. Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if there are any signs of transit damage.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the size and specialist nature of this product, all returns must be authorised before collection can be arranged.

If your sauna arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returned products should be unused and in their original packaging wherever possible. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

Warranty

The SaunaPlunge™ Dales Glow 4-Person Indoor Infrared Sauna is covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to structural integrity, materials, workmanship and supplied electrical components under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, neglect or normal wear and tear. Should you need to make a warranty claim, simply contact the Kaiku customer support team and we will guide you through the process.
