Installation

The Bronte™ 2-Person Outdoor Cabin Sauna is supplied as a modular kit with comprehensive assembly instructions.

Professional installation is recommended to ensure the sauna is assembled correctly and performs to its full potential.

Before installation, please ensure:

• A solid, level base such as concrete, paving or reinforced decking has been prepared.
• There is sufficient access for delivery and assembly.
• Adequate drainage is available around the installation area.
• A dedicated electrical circuit is available for the heater.

The included Harvia electric heater must be hard-wired by a qualified electrician in accordance with UK electrical regulations and the manufacturer’s installation guidance.

Delivery

We offer FREE mainland UK delivery on the Bronte™ 2-Person Outdoor Cabin Sauna.

As each sauna is carefully prepared before dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and provide any relevant delivery information.

Your sauna will arrive securely packaged to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible if any damage has occurred during transit.

Returns

If your sauna arrives damaged, develops a manufacturing fault or you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Due to the size and nature of this product, all return requests must be authorised before collection can be arranged.

To be eligible for a return, the sauna must:

• Be unused and unassembled where applicable.
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Warranty

Your Bronte™ 2-Person Outdoor Cabin Sauna is backed by a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, providing added peace of mind with your investment.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to:

• Materials and workmanship

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the affected component where appropriate, subject to the terms of the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the supplied installation, operating and maintenance instructions.
