What to expect once you've placed an order.
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom. We are not able to ship outside the UK at the moment, so checkout will only accept a UK address. Delivery timings vary by product and are shown on each product page.
Most orders are shipped directly by the supplier who makes or holds the product, rather than from a Kaiku warehouse. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, expect them to arrive as separate deliveries.
Where a supplier offers installation, it's available to select at checkout or on request — see the product page for details.
You'll receive updates at each stage of your order: confirmation, supplier acceptance, dispatch, tracking information and a delivery reminder.
Contact us directly rather than the supplier — we manage the relationship and stay your single point of contact until any delivery issue is resolved.
