Installation

The Dales Glow™ has been designed with straightforward installation in mind and is supplied in modular panels for efficient assembly.

Each sauna is supplied with detailed installation instructions, allowing competent DIY installation in approximately 2 hours. If preferred, professional installation can be arranged for complete peace of mind.

Before delivery, please ensure:

• A flat, level indoor floor has been prepared.
• There is sufficient access through doors, hallways and staircases.
• A standard UK 13A power socket is located nearby.
• Adequate ventilation is available around the sauna.

The Dales Glow is a plug-and-play sauna and does not require specialist hardwiring when installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Delivery

FREE mainland UK delivery is included with every Dales Glow™ 2-Person Indoor Infrared Sauna.

As each sauna is carefully prepared before dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

Prior to delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and provide any relevant access information.

Your sauna will arrive securely packaged to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Returns

We want you to purchase with complete confidence.

If your sauna arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Due to the size and nature of this product, return requests must be authorised before collection can be arranged.

To be eligible for a return, the sauna must:

• Be unused and unassembled where applicable.
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to:
